- First of its kind in Tricity, Solitaire International School is an innovatively designed Day Boarding Luxury School situated at the Prime & Posh Location of sector 20, Panchkula (Haryana) with the total area of 1 Acres land. The school has warm, welcoming and a family atmosphere where the child's learning and behaviour is nurtured to its fullest. Currently our school has the capacity to cater to approximately 720 students.
- Design of the building is not only unique but carries high aesthetic value. The building has been designed keeping in mind the health and safety of students with a blend of elegance & eye-catching ambience.
- For strong, earthquake resistant foundation, Steel from Jindal Fe-500D / Lafarage ready mix concrete / Ultra tech cement for rest of the construction activities have been used. Also, Concrete block in 95% area of wall partition have been used instead of conventional & fly ash bricks for building strength & longevity and to avoid the deposition of nitrous oxide (shora).
- Each class room is equipped with state-of-the-art technological equipment which includes Smart Class room with Interactive boards, CCTV IP cameras with Motion sensors and inbuilt microphones for transparency and security of all the occupants of the building. Adequate number of smoke detectors in each classroom and activity areas ensure protection of all students in case of emergency due to fire outbreak or any other natural calamity. Even after the school hours, cameras are activated and capture immediately, the recording of object/ person that comes under the defined range and software instantly sends the recording to the concerned authorities as an alert.
- Each class room facilitates wide entrance with an emergency exit door fitted with a special child friendly emergency knob. Students can unlock the door independently in case of an emergency. Big and broad windows give a feel of openness and child doesn't feel confined to the four walls of class rooms. Natural views from outside facilitates easy learning. All glass panes are UV coated with ST-750 St. Gobain.
- Each class room has interiorized with attractive theme based wall papers or paintings.
- Entire building rooms are equipped with LAN system (Local Area Network) for easy and effective internet connectivity on all computers, gadgets and digital teaching aids. Intercom facility to facilitate interaction between parents, child or teacher to ease out interaction among staff members to pass on important and urgent messages without wasting time & energy.
- There is a provision of two smart elevators / lifts in the building along with a set of staircase beside each one of them. Elevators are connected with automatic power back up. Batteries are fitted to run the lift to next level in case power system fails. Also the elevators are fitted with camera, intercom, and sensor strip vertically in doors leaf. Keeping in mind the security and safety of the occupants, we have LCD TV fitted outside lifts to have an internal view. Students are not allowed to board the lifts without their teachers.
- For a hault free learning experiences, automatic DG set is available 24x7 alongwith an Electrical Supervisor at standby mode to meet out the constant need of power during study, activity & day care hours. We also have installed sub panel to control floor wise power supply and to carry on repair work without interrupting the power supply of the entire building.
- Cables / wiring / switches / MCBs & control switches of top brands like Havel, L&T, KIE, Schneider electric, Bajaj, Crompton, etc. only have been used. Prioritizing the safety of students, only Ban Fire wires are used instead of cheap conventional PVC wires. This Ban Fire wires don't allow fire to spread, which occurs due to short circuits / sparking. These wires are smoke less and health friendly i.e. like normal PVC wires, they don't release harmful black carbon dioxide into the air.
- Internal ISI wiring ensures safety and security of the children from accidents/incidents like electrocution, short circuits, etc.
- Entire School Building is equipped with Fire Fighting system connected with water canon loops, sprinklers, smoke detector & fire alarm system for safety purposes.
- Japanese VRF air-condition system is installed throughout school premises to control hot and cold temperature. An automatic smart controller is installed at a point to carry out this function. The building is equipped with Outdoor VRF smart machines. To find out any fault, the machine can be scanned through android phone for a quick action. If any snag develops, sufficient back up is provided to avoid inconvenience.
- Instead of fixing conventional / old fashioned wooden windows, we have windows with toughened UV coated glass ST-720 Saint Gobain for health & safety of children to protect from heat of the sun & harmful ultra violet rays during summer season. It's weather friendly and provides eco-friendly environment.
- For the safety reasons 12 mm toughened glasses have been used for the railing of staircase.
- To maintain hygiene & to prevent water accumulation algae, each floor has luxurious high end toilets fixtures with wall hung W/C with inbuilt jet. Health faucets are also provided. Other sanitary fittings like Wash Basin / Sensor Faucet (Tap) etc of Kohler (American) & Urinal of Duravit Company (Germany) have been installed & equipped with auto water dispensing sensors of imported brands. Rest room partitions are built up with high quality material. Stainless steel fittings are the products of Green Lam Company.
- To promote hand hygiene, we have provided automatic soap dispenser, disposable sanitised disposable hand towels in each washroom for daily use. Other than this, each washroom is thoroughly sanitized with steam machine at 150 degree Celsius.
- 10 feet wide corridors have been provided within building & fixed anti-skid homogenous tiles.
